Job Description The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the product development team, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications and technology solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Business & Technical Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Identify process improvements and recommend solutions for business needs.2.

Solution Design & Implementation: Define workflows, system integrations, and data flows for business applications.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces.

Support the development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions.3.

Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, and quality assurance teams.

Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.4.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.

Validate that the final product meets business and functional requirements.5.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with large datasets to derive insights and support decision-making.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.6.

Reporting & Presentation:     Develop clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations that convey research findings, trends, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.7.

Business Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.

Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or a related role.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in data modeling, and database management.

Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with API integrations, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), and system architectures.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile frameworks.

Knowledge of AIML, CRM, ERP, or custom enterprise software.

Experience working in Edtech, AIML, etc (if applicable).
