Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3-5 years preferred Industry: Event Decor / Interior Decor / Visual Merchandising Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative DTP Artist to join our agency, Surreal Global.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Corel DRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create basic artworks, cutting files, and simple technical drawings that support our decor production and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities: Create clean and production-ready design files in Corel DRAW and/or Illustrator.

Develop cutting files for laser, CNC, and vinyl plotters.

Prepare mock-ups, layout files, and basic artwork for client approval.

Translate concepts or sketches into simple technical drawings with accurate measurements.

Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure files meet requirements.

Maintain organized file systems and naming conventions for all artworks.

Requirements: Proficiency in Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

Experience in DTP or production design, preferably in a decor/event agency.

Understanding of cutting file formats, vector artwork, and print-ready file setup.

Basic knowledge of technical drawings and layout principles.

Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and file formatting.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Good to Have: Familiarity with vinyl cutting, laser cutting, or CNC workflows.

Basic understanding of materials used in decor (acrylic, foam, MDF, vinyl, etc.)Experience in 2 D mock-up creation.
