Google Ads Specialist

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
Manage budgets efficiently to avoid overspending and ensure maximum returns.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in indian market.
Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max).
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Metrics for Success Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
