About the roleWe're looking for a performance-focused Mobile App Growth Marketer to run and scale paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.
This role is all about executing paid campaigns day in and day out, optimising funnels, and ensuring growth at scale.If you're someone who thrives on scaling apps through ads, experimenting with creatives and funnels, and leveraging AI + analytics tools to push performance, we'd love to have you on board.Key ResponsibilitiesRun and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels to drive installs and conversionsBuild and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitablyLeverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimisationAnalyse campaign and funnel data using tools like Apps Flyer, Clever Tap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flowsStay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategiesKey RequirementsProven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)Experience running campaigns in the US and EU marketsExperience with Web2 App FunnelsHands-on experience with Clever Tap, Apps Flyer, Google Analytics or similar tools.Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum ROINice to HaveBackground in wellness, health, or fitness appsExperience working in Saa S or app growth rolesAbout BreakthroughBreakthrough is a revolutionary Saa S platform that helps wellness creators such as yoga teachers, meditation guides, and fitness coaches to launch their own branded i OS, Android, and web apps.
