Job Title: Oracle SCM Fusion Maintenance and Inventory Implementation Consultant Job Summary: The Oracle Fusion Maintenance and Inventory Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance and Inventory modules.
This role involves working with clients to understand asset management and inventory control needs, configuring the system, and ensuring a successful deployment aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Module Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud.
Configure preventive and corrective maintenance programs, asset hierarchies, and work order management.
Integrate maintenance processes with inventory, procurement, and manufacturing modules.
Define maintenance strategies, resource scheduling, and cost tracking.
Understand flow of maintenance with procurement, Inventory and field services Worked on integrating maintenance module with Accounts receivables Inventory Module Implementation: Implement Oracle Fusion Inventory Cloud to manage material flow, stock levels, and warehouse operations.
Configure inventory organizations, subinventories, item master data, and transaction types.
Set up cycle counting, min-max planning, and lot/serial control.
Integrate inventory with procurement, order management, and maintenance modules.
General Implementation Duties: Conduct business requirement workshops and gap analysis.
Translate business needs into functional configurations and technical specifications.
Perform system testing, user training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and finance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Maintenance and Inventory modules.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration tools.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM or Maintenance are a plus.
Preferred Attributes: Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Airlines, Telecom.
