Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in B2 B digital marketing while working with a fast-paced and collaborative team.
Candidate will assist in executing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies,
creating compelling landing pages, managing social media, and running email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and managing Linked In Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach.
Create and optimize landing pages to drive conversions.
Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
Manage and grow company presence across Linked In, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Design basic marketing materials using Canva (social media posts, email templates, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports with insights.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience (or coursework) in Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and SEO.
Understanding of landing page design and CRO best practices.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot).
Familiarity with social media marketing and B2 B engagement strategies.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize
campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing ((Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
B2 B marketing experience is a plus.
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
