Job Overview : We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team as an individual contributor, tasked with producing visually striking designs for both digital and print media.

You will also play a key role in crafting social media content and should possess a solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals.

UI/UX Designer Responsibilities :- Design compelling visuals for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and online ads.- Develop creative social media assets tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Linked In.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement design strategies that align with brand goals.- Maintain consistency in brand identity across various channels and design formats.- Apply UI/UX expertise to enhance website designs, interfaces, and overall user experience.- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques to enhance design quality and impact.- Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Required Skills :- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite for high-quality graphic design.- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content across different platforms.- Knowledge of UI/UX principles to improve user experience in digital design.- Strong creative thinking to deliver unique and innovative design concepts.- Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency.- Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams.- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.- Eagerness to learn and incorporate new design tools and methodologies.- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset to work across departments.- Problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges effectively.- A client-centric approach to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.- At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within a similar sector or agency environment.- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools.- A diverse portfolio demonstrating innovative and high-quality design work.- Experience in creating social media graphics with knowledge of platform-specific guidelines.- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles with hands-on experience in designing user interfaces and digital experiences.
