Product Manager

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Product Head , having 10+ years of relevant experience, who will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of a company's product portfolio.
Currently the product portfolio includes Inverter Batteries, Home UPS Solutions, Power electronics, e-Rikshaw Batteries, On-Grid and Off-grid Inverter solutions, Solar rooftop solutions etc.
The incumbent will lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to conceptualize, develop, and deliver innovative products that meet market needs and drive business growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform product strategy.
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and user requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments including marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and regularly monitor and analyse product performance to identify areas for improvement.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously iterate and improve products based on user needs and preferences.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the product budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product management to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Educational Qualification and Key skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience of 10+ years in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to launch.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Deep understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and tools.
Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Additional Requirements :
Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings, conferences, or client visits.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
