Product Designer Intern – Early Team

Our mission is to help people take control of their money, reduce stress, and make smarter financial decisions.
We're extremely early stage a small, passionate team of 12 and we're building something that could change how India thinks about financial wellness.We're looking for a UI/UX designer who wants to build a startup from scratch, not just design screens.
Someone excited to create experiences, think end-to-end, and grow with the product.
This is more than an internship – it's a chance to join the founding journey and shape Koshpal's product, culture, and future.What You'll DoDesign intuitive, delightful user experiences for our employee app, coach platform, and employer dashboard.Translate Koshpal's vision into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.Work closely with the founder and early team to iterate fast.Influence the product roadmap and help shape Koshpal's identity.Mini Case StudyHere's a quick exercise to see your thinking:Scenario: A person struggle to track UPI + cash expenses and don't know where their money goes.
Koshpal wants to help them visually understand spending, set budgets, and take action.Task: Create a single screen design showing:Expense summary + categoriesBudget vs actualSuggested action (e.g., save more, adjust spending)Time: 30 mins.
