We want someone who's curious about how creativity plugs into strategy, how the best creative content, paired with the right funnels, CRO, hooks, and copy, doesn't just get seen but converts.
Cos getting content ready is only half the job.
The real game begins when a creative mind learns to pair design with marketing principles, building systems that bring the results, the ultimate motive of creativity.At The Render Unit, you won't just create for us, you'll also create for our clients, real estate developers who need complete marketing packages for their off-plan properties.
Work that's not only beautiful but strategically sharp enough to drive real inquiries.We know this exact person doesn't exist (sounds too good to be true), but we also know the right person can evolve into this.
We see this role as perfect for a talented creative who wants more from their career than just living within Adobe CC or Figma/Webflow.
Someone who gets the power of combining creativity with strategy.We want you to join us as a Creative Superlearner—and perhaps grow into an entrepreneur who could one day run their own million-dollar agency.
So you won't be a cog in the system, you'll be responsible for the entire system.Scope: Creating highly engaging video and static ad creativesBuilding funnels in Webflow for TRU and its clientsManaging client visual identity projects for off-plan propertiesComposing nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) and tracking analyticsManaging and strategizing organic growth across , Instagram, Facebook, and BehanceLearning copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form contentEditing high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videosCreating and launching e-books and other lead magnet resources for clientsCoordinating with SEO partners, tracking search console and optimizing landing pages for maximum traffic (including AI-SEO)Setting up pixels, heat maps, and running data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and HotjarDocumenting every effort in our in-house Marketing Dashboard to keep everything accountable and measurableWe don't expect you to know all of this yet, but if you apply, it means you're bold enough to learn and bridge those gaps.
