Your Role As a Mid-Level PHP/Laravel Developer - Saa S Platform , you'll be a core member of our engineering team, designing and building high-performance backend systems that drive e Wards' CRM and loyalty solutions.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that directly impact thousands of businesses and their customers.
This is an opportunity to own meaningful projects, work with modern technologies like Click House and AWS SQS , and grow into a Tech Lead or Product Engineer role within 12–18 months.
Key Responsibilities : Develop scalable backend services using PHP and Laravel to support e Wards' core platform.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with third-party systems and front-end applications.
Optimize My SQL and Click House databases for high-performance analytics and reporting.
Build and manage background job queues using AWS SQS to handle large-scale data processing.
Collaborate with front-end developers , data engineers , and product managers to ship features rapidly and reliably.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code , participating in regular code reviews to ensure quality.
Contribute to architectural discussions and help design multi-tenant Saa S systems that scale efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend services and database queries .
Stay updated on industry best practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance our platform.

Required Skills : 2–4 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel in production environments.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) , MVC architecture , and REST API principles .

Proficiency with Git and team-based development workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies).
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and writing unit tests for backend services.
