From creators to community builders, hobbyists to professionals, Milana helps users organize and discover real-world meetups, workshops, and events.⸻Role Overview As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for designing stunning visuals and editing engaging videos for Milana's social media, events, and brand campaigns.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to create content that resonates with our audience and builds a strong brand presence.⸻Responsibilities
• Design creative social media graphics (posters, carousels, banners, infographics, memes).
• Edit videos and reels for Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and event promotions.
• Create event-related designs (flyers, invitations, digital posters).
• Assist in developing the brand identity (color schemes, typography, templates).
• Brainstorm creative campaigns with the marketing team.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing styles, and social media content formats.
• Ensure all content aligns with Milana's vision and audience.⸻Technical Requirements (Skills)
• Graphic Design: Canva (must), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Video Editing: Cap Cut , Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Da Vinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics & animations (preferred).
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, Twitter).
• Knowledge of content formats, dimensions, and trends.⸻What We're Looking For
