Samarpan is a Mental Health Organization which operates India's only CARF accredited rehabilitation center in Mulshi, Pune and an evidence based mental health counselling center in Mumbai.

Qualification: HSC/Graduate, Diploma/Certification in fitness training, good communication and computer knowledge.

good spoken English communication skills.

Main purpose of the role To deliver appropriate individual and group exercise and fitness programs taking into account clients capabilities and physical abilities.

Key Responsibilities Conduct health and safety gym inductions with all clients Carry out client physical ability assessments Conduct regular environmental risk assessments Provide both group and individual exercise & fitness sessions Instruct clients on basic exercise physiology, lifting and exercise techniques Create and review client exercise & fitness training plans.

Deliver exercise & fitness educational workshops Organize group activities such as walks, pool activities, badminton, mountain biking, etc Produce, record sessions and update client electronic case notes Attend case management and staff team meetings Attend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.
