Role Description:
Taxation Manager:
- Qualification: CA with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Industry Exposure: Manufacturing Industry experience is preferred.
Skill & Knowledge:
- Proven working experience in Tax Domain.
- Good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax & Transfer Pricing, and related IND AS knowledge.
- Working experience in ERP Environment.
- Good Communication and writing skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools preferably Excel, Word & Power-point.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multi-tasking and priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all Tax and Tax accounting operations of Group.
- Responsible for all Tax withholding compliance and Filing of the returns.
- Responsible for GST compliance and Filing of the returns.
- Corporate Tax compliance at Group Level.
- Manage Tax Audit, Stat Audits and other Tax related reviews, due diligences.
- Oversee month-end closing, year-end closing and any periodic closures from Tax standpoint.
- Establish and implement shortand long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Prepares and provides Tax MIS reports and other reports on a scheduled or unprompted basis.
- Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports, analysis or findings.
- Maintains good corporate relations with customers, vendors, auditors, subsidiaries and other stake-holders.
- Initiates the best practices and the proper Internal controls in Tax domain across Group.
- Maintains related professional and technical knowledge updated.
