Job Summary: The Net Suite Project Manager & Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing Net Suite ERP projects within scope, on budget, and on schedule.

This role combines project management expertise with deep functional and technical knowledge of Net Suite.

As an SME, the candidate will provide authoritative guidance on best practices and solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Net Suite ERP.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven experience in Net Suite implementation, and the ability to provide technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of Net Suite ERP projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Manage project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.

SME Responsibilities: Serve as the in-house expert on Net Suite functionalities, configurations, and integrations.

Advise stakeholders on Net Suite best practices, system enhancements, and optimization opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations on customizing Net Suite to meet unique business needs.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and end-users.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct regular status meetings and deliver comprehensive project updates.

Team Coordination: Guide cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and operations.

Oversee the work of functional and technical consultants, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Mentor and support junior team members in understanding Net Suite processes and configurations.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.

Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.

Optimize resource allocation and track utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Documentation: Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure successful project outcomes.

Maintain thorough documentation, including configuration changes, user guides, and training materials.

Lead post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned sessions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration, or a related field.

PMP or relevant project management certification preferred.

Net Suite certifications like Suite-Foundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant are highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Net Suite ERP implementations.

Demonstrated experience as an SME in Net Suite ERP, with expertise in configuration, customization, and optimization.

Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Net Suite modules Understanding with Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk.

Hands-on experience with Net Suite customization and integration.

Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
