We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Institutional Sales to drive the growth of our B2 B business within the consumer electronics and home appliances sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales to institutional clients, including government organizations, corporate entities, educational institutions, hospitals, NGOs, and other similar large-scale buyers.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets for institutional sales of consumer electronics and home appliances (TVs, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, audio products, etc.).Identify, target, and acquire new institutional clients across various sectors (government, corporates, schools, hospitals, institutions, NGOs).Manage and nurture relationships with existing institutional accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Understand the specific needs and requirements of institutional clients and tailor product offerings and solutions accordingly.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutional clients.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities in the institutional sales segment.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Stay updated on government procurement processes (CPC, CSD) and corporate procurement guidelines.Qualifications and Experience:MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in B2 B sales, institutional sales, government sales (CPC/CSD experience preferred), and/or corporate sales within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.Strong understanding of the institutional sales process and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess a strong drive for results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Key Skills:Institutional SalesB2 B SalesGovernment Sales (CPC/CSD)Corporate SalesAccount ManagementBusiness DevelopmentSales ManagementNegotiationKey Account ManagementClient Relationship Management#Institutional Sales #B2 BSales #Government Sales #Corporate Sales #Key Account Management #Business Development #Sales Manager #Consumer Electronics #Home Appliances #Hiring
