Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai.

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, including employee relations and HR policies.

Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing HR management, handling employee relations issues, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR standards and regulations.

Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Extensive experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Hindi Speaking is added advantage.
