For more info, visit website Job Overview We are looking for a Clinical Instructor for simulation-based training, engage healthcare professionals, and drive therapy awareness and adoption.
This role involves developing clinical training content, upskilling internal teams, and collaborating with external medical bodies.
Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and execute hands-on simulation-based training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Engage KOLs through scientific discussions and case-based learning.
Facilitate scientific discussions around product usage, clinical practices, and evidence-based outcomes.
Conduct training and workshops to promote therapy adoption among healthcare professionals.
Develop high-quality training content including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and videos.
Build internal clinical capabilities across teams.
Regularly update content based on new clinical evidence and feedback from training sessions.
Stay updated with clinical advancements and support continuous learning.
Partner with professional healthcare associations and institutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
Prior experience in clinical education and simulation training.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong scientific acumen and ability to translate clinical data into impactful training.
Proficiency in developing digital and classroom training materials.
Willingness to travel for training, KOL engagement, and conferences.
