- experience in developing funnel and selling Unified communication and collaboration products (including Audio /video conferencing , IP Telephony)- Understanding of major competitive offerings in the market by all major OEM's.-Increase VOIC Networks product and solution awareness in our Channel- Existing relationships with key decision makers within prospect organizations for communication solutions.- Capable of independently handling techno-commercial aspects when handling an opportunity.- Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to company's sales rules of engagement.- Manage close relationship with associated channel partners.- Maximising channel partner network in mapped catchment area.- Plan and implement to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.- Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills.- Demonstrating and leveraging industry knowledge to improve business- Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.- Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.

Basic Qualifications:●       College/University degree●       1 -4 years of Audio-Visual experience in a sales / technical capacity●       Able to communicate effectively with customers, distributor, partners and consultants (Multilingual preferred)●       Proven demonstration skills with technical products●       Self-motivated with a proven track record of generating successful sales●       Demonstrates good sales hygiene●       Ability to take on a multitude of tasks, assignments, and responsibilities●       Goal-oriented, with a desire for overachievement.

Preferred Qualifications:●       Business development experience is a plus●       Experience with Sales/Technical capacity with Unified communication and Video Conferencing Products●       Possesses a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
