In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products.We are building:ZANG - a shopping search engineAfter Life - a post death messaging platformX - a debt transfer B2 B softwareResponsibilitiesUser Research:Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.Develop user personas, journey maps, and use case scenarios.Wireframing and Prototyping:Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.Visual Design:Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.User Testing:Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions.Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Interaction Design:Design interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.Ensure interactions are intuitive and align with user expectations.Responsive Design:Ensure designs are responsive and provide a seamless experience across different devices and screen sizes.Design Tools:Be proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools to create and share designs.Stay updated with the latest design tools and trends.Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for design processes, guidelines, and specifications.Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.RequirementsProven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process.Proficiency in Figma & Adobe suite.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.Nice to Have:Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, Java Script) is a plus.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.Understanding of animation principles and experience with animation tools.Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.What We OfferAn opportunity to work on impactful products that shape the future of job readiness and placements.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.Salary bracket of INR 4-7 LPA depending upon skillset and experienceThe chance to be part of a company that values creativity, hard work, and fun.
