Job Role We are hiring an experienced Data Scientist with exceptional hands-on Python skills and strong Machine Learning expertise.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on writing clean, high-performance code and has demonstrated excellence on platforms like Leet Code, Codeforces, Hacker Rank, or Kaggle .
You will collaborate with engineering and research teams to build high-quality datasets and develop techniques that directly improve AI model performance.


What You’ll Do
Build and optimize high-performance Python systems for large-scale AI/ML pipelines
Design modular, production-grade Python codebases
Deliver robust backend components in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Write efficient, testable code with strong algorithmic thinking
Stay updated with modern Python, ML frameworks, and best practices
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
4+ years of production-level experience in Python
Expertise with key libraries: Pandas, Num Py, Async IO, Py Torch, Transformers , etc.
Proven track record or strong rating on Leet Code / Codeforces / Hacker Rank / Kaggle Experience in system design, clean architecture, and performance optimization
Working-level proficiency in Machine Learning or Data Science
Offer Details
Work Location: Remote (Work from home)
Commitment required:  40 hours/week with 4-hour/day PST timezone overlap
Type: Contractor
Duration: 3 months (Immediate start)
Evaluation Process Technical Interview (60 mins): Discussion of Python problem-solving, architecture, and system design.
