What you'll do?TLDR; Drive revenue growth through dynamic pricing, inventory optimization, and yield management for our premium group travel experiences.

The longer version As a Revenue Manager at Experience Co., you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing and yield management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for our group travel experiences.

You will leverage market insights, historical data, and real-time analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory across our distribution channels.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our premium travel experiences for affluent millennials and Gen Z are competitively priced while delivering exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities: You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to forecast demand and set dynamic pricing strategies.

You will manage inventory across various distribution channels to ensure optimal availability and maximize revenue opportunities.

You will develop and implement revenue management strategies that balance profitability and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving travel market.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align pricing and promotional initiatives with overall business objectives.

You will continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on real-time data to drive revenue growth.

You will prepare regular revenue performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will act as the internal voice of revenue — flagging misalignment between demand and pricing, edition-level growth bottlenecks, and emerging opportunities that others might miss You'd be a great fit if you Have at least 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in travel, hospitality, or B2 C industries.

Possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.

Are experienced with revenue management systems, forecasting tools, and financial modeling.

Have a solid understanding of dynamic pricing strategies and yield management techniques.

Are passionate about travel and have a deep understanding of what drives affluent millennials and Gen Z in the travel space.

Have excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively across teams.

You're someone who thrives with autonomy, can move without micromanagement, and are confident taking ownership of outcomes.

You naturally think like a business owner, not just a revenue analyst.
