Join our dynamic team and help shape the future of online shopping, influencer marketing, and financial technology in India Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Product Designer with 2-4 years of experience to enhance user retention and activation across Cash Karo's digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has expertise in user-centered design, modern design systems, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong ability to execute high-quality designs within deadlines.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, seamless product experiences, and visually engaging designs.

You will also drive user journey optimization, manage design systems, and own end-to-end UI projects that contribute to Cash Karo's growth.

Key Responsibilities: Execute Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to design creatives for campaigns that align with Cash Karo's goals.

Create designs that drive user engagement and conversions.

Design New Products/Features: Ideate and execute designs for retention and activation-focused features, ensuring seamless user flows and delightful experiences.

Collaborate with product managers (PMs) to understand user pain points and brainstorm solutions.

Coordinate with Tech Teams: Ensure the final build matches the design specifications accurately.

Address discrepancies proactively and suggest solutions to align tech and design deliverables.

Manage Design System Tokens: Maintain and scale Cash Karo's design system by managing tokens, styles, and reusable assets.

Ensure design consistency across products by leveraging components and templates.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with product and data teams to analyze deactivation, drop-offs, and user patterns.

Use insights to craft strategies that address user pain points and optimize experiences.

User Testing: Conduct usability testing on existing features and upcoming releases.

Leverage qualitative feedback to refine designs and improve user journeys.

Own UI Projects End-to-End: Take complete ownership of UI projects, from conceptualization to delivery.

Balance speed and quality while meeting deadlines.

Visual Asset Creation: Design high-quality visual assets like icons, imagery, and other creative elements that enhance product aesthetics.

Must-Have Skills Design Tools Expertise: Figma (Primary), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Bonus: Experience with motion design tools for animations (e.g., After Effects).

Create features from scratch Created features that have solved real user problems and generated business impact or improved efficiency through design solutions.

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (i OS and Android).

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Design Systems Knowledge: Practical experience with managing tokens, color palettes, typography systems, and components in a design system.

Cross team Communication & Collaboration and efficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with PMs, tech teams, and stakeholders, including proficiency in handing off designs to the tech team.

The candidate must have experience collaborating with product teams for brainstorming and ideation and should understand working in agile sprints, delivering outcomes incrementally within set timelines.

Create and Landing pages and contextual experiences fast Ability to create landing pages for marketing and product-centric campaigns.

Designers should craft engaging experiences through landing pages to promote festivals, sales, campaigns, and new product ideas, ensuring user retention and engagement.

Execution speed needs to be fast.

As a platform hosting multiple brands with simultaneous sales, it is crucial that the designer onboard is a fast executor to keep up with the dynamic nature of the business.

Good to Have Skills: Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to extract and apply user insights.

Ability to translate data into meaningful insights, inferences, and design direction.

Creating User Delight with Motion: Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or Principle to create interactive and dynamic user experiences.

Understanding of form and space, and how motion enhances user interactions.

Ability to Conduct Qualitative Research and Inquiries: Ability to identify user pain points and opportunities through contextual inquiries, customer journey mapping, user surveys, and interviews.
