Job Title: Website Developer (Full-time)Location: (Specify – On-site / Remote / Hybrid, Pune )Experience Required: 2–5 years About the Role We are seeking a versatile Website Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in React.js, Word Press, and modern web technologies to build responsive, dynamic, and high-performance websites.

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining websites, ensuring smooth functionality, speed optimization, and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities Develop, design, and maintain websites using React.js, Word Press, and other frameworks/CMS.

Create responsive and visually appealing front-end designs.

Customize Word Press themes and plugins as per project needs.

Integrate APIs and third-party services for seamless functionality.

Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, and SEO.

Collaborate with designers, content teams, and backend developers to deliver complete solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade websites when required.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).2–5 years of proven experience in website development.

Proficiency in React.js, Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

Strong experience in Word Press – custom themes, plugins, Elementor, Woo Commerce.

Familiarity with PHP, My SQL, and REST APIs.

Experience with website performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, minification).

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.

Hands-on experience with Git/version control systems.

Good to Have (Preferred)Experience with Next.js, Node.js, or other modern frameworks.

Exposure to Shopify / Wix / Webflow.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing integrations.

Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.

Basic knowledge of server management, hosting, and DNS setup.
