Associate (Accounts & Finance)Exp : 4-6 yrs Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)Please find the details below and share your interest at aarati.pardhi@emids.com Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for all USA employees accurately and on time, including regular, bonus, and special payrolls.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and adjustments as needed.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to pay, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in USA payroll processing.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Mandatory experience and good knowledge of USA payroll compliances.
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) software is essential.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: FPC certification is a plus.
Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll software integrations.
