We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our leadership team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Head of Human Resources to oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with our expansion goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the machine automation and manufacturing industries, with a proven track record in leading HR operations in a high-growth environment.
You will work closely with the executive team to build and scale our workforce, drive talent management initiatives, and create an organizational culture that fosters innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Light Mechanics business objectives, particularly as we scale and expand our operations.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for key roles across the organization, ensuring we attract top talent from laser and automation sectors.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and capability building, including leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with company goals.
Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- HR Systems & Processes: Implement and optimize HR systems and processes to support the growing needs of the business and ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and labor requirements across various regions.
Manage risk associated with employee relations, workplace safety, and HR policies.
- Change Management: Drive cultural change initiatives and manage transitions as the company grows, ensuring alignment with the company's values and vision.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc., is a plus).
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the machine automation, manufacturing, or industrial technology sectors.
- Proven track record in scaling HR functions in fast-growing, innovative companies.
- Deep understanding of the specific talent needs, challenges, and opportunities in the machine automation industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
