Design Verification Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the verification process for digital designs and will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and functionality of our products at various stages of development.
You will work closely with design teams to validate and verify complex digital systems.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans for complex digital designs and systems.
Create and maintain testbenches, verification environments, and automation scripts using tools such as System Verilog, UVM, or other verification methodologies.
Perform RTL design verification to ensure that the design meets the specified requirements and functional correctness.
Work closely with design teams to understand the design intent and contribute to defining the verification strategy.
Run functional simulations and debug any issues, identifying root causes and driving solutions.
Create and maintain coverage models and track verification coverage to ensure complete functional verification.
Write detailed verification reports and provide regular updates to the engineering team and stakeholders.
Optimize the verification process and contribute to improving tools, methods, and processes to enhance efficiency.
Support the integration and validation of the design at various stages, including pre-silicon and post-silicon.
Qualifications: Education: B.
E/M.
Tech in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in design verification of digital circuits and systems.
Skills: Strong experience with System Verilog, UVM, and/or other verification methodologies.
Hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., Model Sim, VCS, Questa, etc.).
Knowledge of digital design concepts, RTL coding, and debugging techniques.
Familiarity with formal verification, coverage analysis, and constraint random generation.
Experience with Scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to read and understand RTL code and documentation.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
Preferred Skills: Experience with verification of complex So C (System on Chip) designs.
Knowledge of ASIC or FPGA design flows.
Familiarity with hardware description languages (HDL) such as VHDL or Verilog.
Experience in post-silicon validation or hardware/software co-verification.

Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality work.
Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
