Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

- The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining business processes, and gathering business requirements.

- This role also involves communicating findings, facilitating meetings, and improving business practices to ensure efficient operations and strategic objectives are - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with a proven track record of delivering value in digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows.

- Expertise in documenting and defining business processes, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a strong plus.

- Experience working with enterprise technology ecosystems, Saa S platforms, and agile methodologies is highly desirable.

- Exposure to user experience (UX) principles and a human-centered approach to digital solution design is an added advantage.
