Job Title: Quality System Configuration Specialist – Et Q Reliance, SQL & scripting, Remote job: Candidates can be nearshore or offshore as long as they are the right fit.
Candidates need to be able to work US core business hours.Job Duration: 6 monthsJob Description:The purpose of this role is to assist system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.Job Duties:
• Provides daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the Et Q Reliance application).
• Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
• Performs several system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
• Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, Et Q Reliance.
• Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
• Assists with software validation and change control activities.
• Assists with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
• Assists with the development of training materials.Required Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Passionate about their work and with helping others succeed, a team player.
• Experienced with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
• Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• SQL experience required.
• Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, Java Script, VBScript).
• Share Point experience
