Job Description – Senior Process Associate (US Treasury)Position: Senior Process AssociateDepartment: US TreasuryExperience: 3–5 yearsOpen Position(s): 2Location : Must be in ChennaiAbout the RoleWe are seeking skilled Senior Process Associates – US Treasury to join our team.
The role involves managing cash operations, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and treasury functions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and prior experience in US Treasury or related accounting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage cash operations and treasury processes with accuracy and timeliness.Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts.Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions as needed.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards.Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.Identify process improvement opportunities in cash management and reporting.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions.Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).Good understanding of cash management and reconciliation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.Shift Timings (Important)Regular: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (IST)During Daylight Saving: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (IST)
