• Minimum 15 Years of professional experience in design and implementaion planning - Cleanroom
• Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• High architectural design standards and technical competence
• Assertveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and actng
• Social skills and enjoyment of independent workEducaion : Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) / Master of Architecture (MArch)Key Responsibilities:
• Project management for complex, exciting and innovative building construction projects in Concept/Basic and Detail Design phases
• Development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for a wide variety ofbuilding typologies
• Management of the project team with responsibility for the content and business of the project
• Central point of contact for clients, user representatives and the design team
• Precise, binding and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and externalstakeholders
