Job Description:-Role: Sr.

OPT Recruiter Duration: Full Time Timings: USA EST Timings (Night Shift)Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities: Strong experience and understanding of OPT/H1b Transfer US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology training, and maintaining a database of OPT candidates.

Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/EAD candidates for Marketing.

They should be able to get H1 B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their database and referrals.

Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.

Strong experience in hiring OPT/H1 B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, networks, Social Networking sites, and other sources.

Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1 B and TN visa holders, and EADs.

Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hirings with effective hands-on experience on various jobs i.e., Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, Linked In, etc.

They are coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarding.

Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.

Screening the resumes according to the Job description and matching with requirements, calling up candidates to explain the job in detail and understand the candidate is fit for the position.

Understand their interest level & submit the profile with the client and follow up with the candidate and client for interview and feedback.

Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate regarding the interviews taken.

Maintaining & and updating the Daily and monthly submission and closure reports.

Requirements: Candidate with a Minimum of 5 years of experience.

You need excellent knowledge of tax terms like C2 C, W2, and 1099.

Strong negotiation skills.

They are coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on board.

Should be well-versed in various market technologies.

Should be willing to work on Targets and meet the standard.
