A dynamic Video Editor needed to produce 12 short-form videos weekly , manage freelance editors, and ensure timely delivery of polished content.
Focus on efficiency, collaboration, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities Content Production Edit 3 shorts/week (brand-aligned, platform-optimized).
Review Hindi scripts (Fri 12 PM) and voiceovers (Sun 12 PM).
Ensure 12 ready-to-upload shorts weekly.
Freelance Coordination Assign shorts to freelancers every Monday by 12 PM .
Review first drafts (Tue & Thu 2 PM) before sharing with the shoot team.
Lead weekly meetings to share feedback and updates.
Communication & Quality Bridge gaps between the shoot team and freelancers.
Ensure all feedback is implemented before final upload.
Skills & Requirements 2+ years editing short-form content (Reels/Shorts).
Proficient in Premiere Pro,understanding of Photoshop & After Effects.
Strong communicator, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
