This is a unique opportunity for a resourceful engineer who thrives in cross-functional environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing communications.What You'll DoAdminister and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center.Manage voice recording platforms (Cistera or similar).Oversee certificate lifecycle management (deploy, renew, secure).Monitor performance using Logic Monitor, Whats Up Gold, Solar Winds, or similar tools.Configure and administer firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD, Fortinet Forti Gate, Palo Alto).Implement firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs to secure enterprise networks.Troubleshoot issues across both voice and security domains to maintain uptime and compliance.What We're Looking For10+ years of combined experience in Voice/UC engineering and Firewall administration.Strong hands-on knowledge of CUCM, Webex, SIP trunks, and voice integration.Expertise in Cisco ASA/FTD and Fortinet Forti Gate (Palo Alto is a plus).Experience managing certificates, PKI, and secure communications.Familiarity with monitoring tools like Whats Up Gold, Logic Monitor, or Solar Winds.Relevant certifications (CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE) are highly preferred.
