This is a night shift, onsite role focused on onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement for U.

Key Responsibilities: Handle U.

employee onboarding, I-9s, E-Verify, payroll setup (ADP/Paychex)Lead orientation and manage offboarding documentation Track U.

S.

timesheets and coordinate with payroll/accounting teams Ensure compliance with U.

S.

labor laws and HR audits Develop HR policies aligned with U.

S.

standards Drive remote engagement and performance tracking Provide day-to-day support for U.

S.-based employees Who Should Apply: Only candidates with 4+ years of experience supporting U.

S.-based employees Strong knowledge of U.

S.

labor laws, HR compliance, and HRIS/payroll tools Prior work in staffing or consulting firms with U.

S.
