The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial health and regulatory adherence.Qualifications and Skills:Mandatory: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.Required Skills:Overall Management of Accounts and Financial Closures (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annually)Direct TAX or GSTLiaising with banks and financial institutions.Monthly Reports and Planning.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership and team management capabilities.Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZOHO Books, etc.).Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply through or email us at kishore.g@charlesgroup.in.
