Operational Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor, and mitigate operational risks.
Conduct risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) to ensure effective risk management practices.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Establish controls to address compliance gaps effectively.
Advisory Services: Provide strategic advisory on merchant services and corporate card operations.
Offer guidance on conflict-of-interest scenarios and policy enhancements.
Policy Development: Rework internal policies to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Skills Required Expertise in operational risk, compliance, controls, and advisory services.
