About the Role You'll help shape and execute our marketing strategy across digital channels, email, content and community.
From editing scroll-stopping reels to launching growth campaigns and building loyalty among users, this role is for someone who's ready to think creatively, act quickly, and own the day-to-day marketing engine of Kifaayat. Think: Zomato, Nishair and more - we want to build a highly engaged online community. Key Responsibilities Content & Video Edit high-quality, engaging short-form video content (reels, Tik Toks, You Tube Shorts)Contribute to You Tube content and storytelling when needed Identify and ride trends while staying true to Kifaayat's voice and mission Social Media & Community Plan and post content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In Build and engage our community—reply to DMs, comments, and build meaningful creator/influencer partnerships Launch and support ambassador or creator programs Email & CRMCreate newsletters and campaigns using Beehiiv (experience not required; confidence and curiosity expected)Develop user journeys and messaging strategies to retain and re-engage users Share performance metrics and insights Growth & Strategy Propose and execute bold, creative growth ideas—referral programs, viral campaigns, collaborations Solve challenges independently and bring ideas, not just problems Track performance, test experiments, and refine strategy Product Collaboration Provide feedback from users to help improve product features and UXSupport user onboarding and engagement efforts Who We're Looking For1–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, content creation, or social media (internships and freelance count)Already have a social media presence on Instagram with a minimum of 10 K followers (it could be a blog, small business, influencer etc). Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in Marketing, Product Design, Digital Marketing, or related field Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)Creative thinker who takes initiative and solves problems efficiently Confident using and exploring new tools like Beehiiv, Canva, and analytics platforms Strong writing and communication skills Passionate about Desi fashion, sustainability, and building community Based in Delhi or Mumbai (as our Founder frequents these cities so we can work together sometimes).
