Product Manager

Role Overview: As the Product Manager - Ad Tech, you will be the go-to expert and owner of our Ad Tech infrastructure.
Responsible for the entire ad-serving process, you'll work hands-on with Google Ad Manager, optimize ad inventory, develop placement strategies, and analyze ad performance to maximize ad revenue.
In close collaboration with sales and marketing, you'll align ad offerings with business goals and ensure our ad technology infrastructure meets evolving industry standards.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire Ad Tech infrastructure, including ad inventory, placement strategies, and ad performance analysis.
Optimize end-to-end ad-serving operations with Google Ad Manager to enhance ad delivery, targeting, and overall efficiency.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ad revenue and improve ad yield.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to align ad offerings with broader business goals and client needs.
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to guide ad strategy.
Work with engineering teams to maintain and improve the ad-serving infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ad technology to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a focus on Ad Tech, digital advertising, or ad operations.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ad Manager and experience with ad inventory management.
Strong understanding of digital ad monetization, including ad placements, inventory yield, and performance metrics.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in performance data analysis, ad optimization, and ad yield maximization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects.
Experience with Python and SQLGood to Have: Experience in the gaming or content industry.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising and additional ad-serving platforms.
