What You'll Be Doing Creating, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Linked In Managing keyword strategy and implementing best practices for SEO (on-page and off-page)Setting up and managing tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Reviewing campaign performance, analyzing what's working, and adjusting strategy accordingly Working closely with our design and content team to align messaging, landing pages, and creative assets Staying on top of algorithm updates, industry trends, and performance marketing innovations Helping us scale our performance-first approach across a variety of client campaigns What We're Looking For2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)Experience with GA4 and GTM for tracking goals, events, and conversions Comfortable analyzing performance reports and acting on data insights Solid communication skills—you can explain campaign performance to a client or team member clearly A proactive, test-and-learn mindset—we love marketers who ask "What if we tried this?"Why You'll Love Working With Us We offer the freedom to try ideas and the support to make them work You'll work directly on meaningful projects that show clear results Opportunities to grow into lead roles as we scale Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
