Job Description Job Title: Client Relationship Executive - Hindi Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum Job Summary: Pumpa is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Executive to manage client relationships and support lead generation through direct communication channels, including calls and Whats App.

The ideal candidate will handle client feedback, drive referrals, manage chat-based inquiries from marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English is essential for this multilingual role.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Conduct regular follow-up calls with existing clients to gather feedback and understand their experience.

Encourage satisfied clients to refer new students and manage the referral process.

Share Google review links with happy clients and request positive feedback.

Address client concerns by coordinating with internal teams for quick resolution.

Whats App Chat Support & Lead Handling Respond to incoming Whats App inquiries from marketing campaigns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualify leads based on interest and eligibility, and maintain accurate tracking.

Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth follow-ups on hot leads.

Maintain records of chat interactions and feedback for reporting and insights Creative Collaboration & Brand Representation Review and perform quality checks on promotional videos and marketing creatives.

Participate in video shoots or represent the brand in marketing content, when required.

Stay updated on Pumpa's offerings and promotional messages to ensure consistent and accurate communication.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, and English (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and customer-first approach.

Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and manage client interactions independently.

Prior experience in customer relationship roles, tele-calling, chat support, or CRM.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to review and verify creatives and content.

Confident personality, comfortable participating in video content when needed.

Preferred (Not Mandatory): Familiarity with Whats App Business tools or CRM platforms.

Experience in digital marketing, lead management, or content presentation.

Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 10.30 to 7.30 PMWork Type: Mon and Tues - Work from Office and remaining 3 Days WFH.
