Respect & Empathize Hunger to Learn Promises Delivered Keep it Simple Role Overview: We are hiring a competent Chartered Accountant with 2.5–3 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
The candidate will be responsible for independently managing key deliverables related to consolidation, group reporting, audits, and financial analysis.
The role demands strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements , including quarterly results and annual accounts as per Ind AS.
Review and finalization of subsidiary and group company financials , ensuring timely book closure in coordination with relevant unit teams.
Ownership of audit schedules, documentation , and smooth coordination with statutory auditors for interim and year-end audits.
Execution of group-level accounting automation projects aimed at process efficiency and reporting enhancement.
Preparation of workings related to transfer pricing and related compliance requirements.
Preparation of reports and schedules for treasury, investor relations, and company secretarial teams as per stakeholder requirements.
Implementation and compliance with Schedule III and Ind AS amendments in financial reporting.
Preparation and validation of internal MIS, decks, and reports for senior management and board reviews.
Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, Consolidation principles, and Schedule III requirements.
Strong hands-on skills in Excel, SAP, with working knowledge of Power Point and Power BI preferred.
Ability to independently manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
