Senior Motion Graphics Designer

You'll work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to turn static UI and feature ideas into engaging motion experiences that drive user understanding, trust, and delight.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end production of explainer videos, UI animations, product feature walkthroughs, and marketing videos.Animate product UI flows using Figma assets, device mockups, overlays, and transitions.Design compelling visuals with gradient backgrounds, cursor simulations, and layered motion.Collaborate with stakeholders on scripts, storyboards, and animation direction.Integrate voiceover, background music, and sound effects into motion assets for a polished experience.Deliver content optimized for , You Tube, in-app screen.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in motion graphics, visual storytelling, or product video designStrong proficiency in:Adobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProIllustrator / PhotoshopFigma (UI import + layout animation)A portfolio showcasing:UI animations for mobile/webExplainer or product demo videosVisual storytelling with excellent pacing and typographyConfidence working independently from storyboard to final exportBonus / Nice to HaveExperience working in a creative agency or motion design studioFamiliarity with:3 D motion tools (Blender, Cinema 4 D)Lottie, Rive, or AI-based video generation (Runway, Pika Labs)Experience with fintech, AI, Saa S, or edtech productsSound design or music sync capabilitiesWhat You'll GainCreative ownership over flagship product videosOpportunity to shape the motion identity of a fast-growing mobile + AI product
