
Performance Marketer

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the education and e-commerce industries.
Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates.
Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals while minimizing spend wastage.
Requirements Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Industry Knowledge: Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
Technical Skills: Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications Certification in Google Ads.
Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Spyfu or similar marketing tools.
Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
