Job Overview:We are looking for a talented Senior Manual Designer to lead the creation of exquisite jewelry designs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for manual jewelry sketching, excellent design leadership, and a keen eye for trends and market preferences.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our jewelry designs align with brand values while appealing to our target customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manual Jewellery Sketching: Lead the creation of detailed, accurate manual sketches for jewelry designs.

• Design Leadership: Oversee the design process, ensuring alignment with project timelines, themes, and requirements.

• Trend & Market Research: Analyze current trends and customer preferences to drive innovative design concepts.

• Aesthetic Direction: Guide the development of unique, market-leading designs that resonate with target segments.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manual jewelry designing, with a strong portfolio of successful designs.

• Design Skills: Expertise in manual sketching techniques, with a deep understanding of jewelry design principles.

• Creativity & Innovation: Strong creativity with the ability to stay ahead of trends and create designs that stand out.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading a design team and managing design projects.

• Market Awareness: Solid understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and how they influence design choices.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in design work.
