We are seeking a Senior Website Developer to lead our web development initiatives, ensuring every website and digital property we build is modern, scalable, and performance-optimized.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Word Press Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with proficiency in popular page builders like Elementor and Word Press security measures, as well as Core Web Vitals Compliance.

The Word Press Developer will be responsible for designing and developing Word Press websites, customizing themes and plugins, and ensuring Word Press core updates.

Additionally, they will troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users, optimize websites for performance and search engine rankings, and collaborate with designers, content writers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance websites for B2 B, B2 C, and D2 C brands, ensuring scalability and security.

Collaborate with designers, content teams, and strategists to translate UI/UX mockups (from Figma or similar tools) into responsive, interactive web experiences.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure all projects are built using best-in-class, future-ready solutions.

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.

Implement and manage CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify, headless CMS like Contentful, etc.) based on client needs.

Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and analytics solutions for advanced functionality.

Ensure robust QA testing and debugging processes across devices and browsers.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and ensuring coding standards are followed.

Collaborate with marketing teams to enable data tracking, A/B testing, and performance monitoring on websites.

Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in website development with a strong portfolio across B2 B, B2 C, and D2 C sectors.

Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, Type Script, React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

Expertise in back-end development with Node.js, PHP, or Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Laravel).

Experience working with CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify, Drupal, Headless CMS).

Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and integrations with CRMs, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical documentation skills.

Strong understanding of web security standards (OWASP guidelines, HTTPS, data privacy).

Preferred Qualifications Experience in building progressive web apps (PWAs) and headless e-commerce solutions.

Familiarity with JAMstack, Next.js, or Gatsby.

Knowledge of AI-based personalization tools and Mar Tech integrations.

Understanding of marketing funnels, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and website analytics.
