Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: 1 New Employee Onboarding: Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires, from pre-boarding to day-one integration.
Prepare and manage onboarding documents such as offer letters, contracts, and benefits enrollment, including Mediclaim policy information.
Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions, covering company culture, policies, and role-specific training.
Work closely with other departments (IT, Facilities, etc.) to ensure new employees have the necessary resources on their first day.
Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for new employees, answering any questions during the onboarding process.
2 Onboarding Documentation: Ensure that all new hire paperwork is completed and submitted correctly (W-4 forms, NDA, etc.).
Maintain records and update the employee database with new hire information, including Mediclaim enrollment and coverage.
Monitor the progress of new hires and their completion of required training and compliance certifications.
Offboarding: 1 Exit Process: Coordinate and manage the exit process for employees leaving the organization (resignation, retirement, layoffs, etc.).
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights on employee experiences, contributing to improvements in retention strategies.
Ensure the return of company property (keys, devices, documents, etc.) and deactivation of access to systems and accounts.
Guide employees through Mediclaim continuation procedures and benefits post-departure, where applicable.
2 Offboarding Documentation: Ensure all necessary offboarding documentation is completed (final paychecks, benefits continuation, etc.).
Update employee records and maintain accurate information regarding the termination or resignation, including Mediclaim and health benefits status.
Mediclaim Administration: Manage employee enrollment in the company's Mediclaim policy during the onboarding process.
Assist employees with any Mediclaim -related inquiries or claims processing.
Ensure that all employees are aware of their benefits and the claims procedure.
Work with insurance providers to resolve any issues related to Mediclaim claims or coverage.
Data Handling & Compliance: 1 Confidentiality & Data Security: Ensure the confidential handling of all employee data, including personal, medical, and benefits information.
Maintain strict compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or local data protection laws).
Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring it is stored securely and only shared with authorized individuals.
2 HRIS Management: Update and manage employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring all data related to onboarding, offboarding, and benefits (including Mediclaim ) is accurately recorded.
Generate reports as needed for HR and management purposes, ensuring that data is presented in a clear, organized manner.
Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, Mediclaim administration, or employee relations.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, insurance providers, and management.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in resolving challenges related to Mediclaim claims, data issues, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Technology Proficiency: Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Confidentiality & Ethical Handling of Data: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
