This position requires a dynamic individual who can handle a variety of tasks, manage multiple priorities, and act as the primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

The EA will be responsible for managing the President's calendar, organizing meetings, handling communications, supporting special projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the President's office.

Qualification: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Required Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions.

Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a university or educational setting.

Experience in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling high-level communications.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Key Responsibilities: Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the President.

Act as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle all incoming and outgoing communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.

Organize and coordinate meetings involving the President, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Arrange logistics for meetings, such as booking venues and coordinating equipment and catering.

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects.

Monitor project timelines and prepare reports on progress for the President's review.

Develop and maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents.

Ensure the accessibility and security of critical documents and compliance with the university's document retention policies.

Assist the President in administrative procedures such as monitoring and maintaining adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements.
