Job Title We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering complex electrical projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and project management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage packages.
Maintain strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GMP and ISPE.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with building and safety laws, performing due diligence on the latest installation trends and technologies.
Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings and reports.
Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of all generators, transformers, switchgear, controllers, circuit breakers, PLC's, motor control centres, motors, conduit and transmission equipment.
Conduct weekly project coordination meetings with consultants and contractors, mediating any conflicts that arise.
Participate in resolving technical hurdles during project executions with the help of consultants.
Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, combined with 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or FMCG industries.
Deep understanding of project management, including planning, cost management, time management, construction management, quality management, contract administration, safety management, and statutory approvals management.
Experience with financial/budgetary processes and vendor management.
Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external organizations to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and excel in multi-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable Requirements: Pharmaceutical industry experience will be an added advantage.
