Job Description: Functional experience with AI-ML based predictive analytics applications such as GE Smart Signal, Prometheus APM, Aspen Mtell, Aveva Prism, etc.
Analyze and monitor asset health, performance, efficiency, and reliability using predictive analytics solutions.
Monitor plant performance and operational data to drive improvements in performance, efficiency, and reliability using advanced predictive analytics tools.
Regularly maintain and enhance the quality of predictive models by adjusting reference data, thresholds, model bounds, and remapping tags to minimize false alerts.
Collaborate closely with the customer reliability team on-site to prevent unplanned downtime and equipment failures.
Develop predictive analytic models by interpreting plant processes from P&ID, outage reports, and OEM documents.
Prioritize alarms and conditions based on risks and consequences.
Monitor historical data, analyze model-generated trends, monitor equipment performance, and predict component health.
